RULES
Here on the server everyone should feel welcome and therefore the rules of the server must be observed.
Failure to observe the server's rules may result in direct and lifetime ban.
1. Spawn Kill
Standing at the marked spawn places and waiting for people to spawn and then kill them on sight is not allowed
2. Random Killing
DayZ is a survival game and we cannot therefore ban people from killing each other. However, there must still be respect for role-playing. If you feel that you are experiencing certain players who kill in a non RPG manner, we advise you to contact an admin.
3. Cheating

Cheating and hacking will not be tolerated on the server and will result in lifetime ban immediately!
4. Respect
If you come into physical contact with another player and he does not show threatening behavior, you must respect if he surrenders. E.g. If you are about to rob a player and he does not resist or show threatening behavior, you are not allowed to kill him.
5. Microphone
Since this is an RPG server, people should be able to communicate with each other. Therefore, it is important that you have your microphone turned on or get one if you do not own one.
6. Base Raiding
Players in DayZ can spend hours, days, weeks building a strong base. Therefore, you must contact the base owners at least 12 hours before if you want to raid their base so everyone has a fair opportunity to defend their base
7. Identification Card
All players on the server must have an in-game ID card. Therefore, it is a rule that when admin sends you a form that you must fill out so that the ID card can be made, then you must fill it out and send it back to the admin. No excuses.
8. War
To declare war on another group, you must have a group of at least 3 regular players. The same applies to the group you declare war on. Both groups must then select a color and all have the selected color armbands on. The main admin must approve the declaration of war before it counts.
ASSASSINS
1. Assassination contract
For an assassination contract to be valid, it must be verified by the server's main admin.
2. LOOTING TARGETS
Once an assassin has eliminated his target, it is not allowed to loot anything other than ammo, food and water from the body. Weapons, equipment and other items must not be stolen from the corpse as the killed player must have a chance to retrieve his loot.
3. Fair Play
When a contract is confirmed by the main admin, the assassin performing the task must contact the target and inform the player that there are assassins after him. You do not need to have a conversation, the player just needs to be warned that he is a target of the assassins.
FACTIONS
1. Military Check
If the military stops you and requires you to see your ID in order to identify you, you must cooperate. If not, the military can use deadly force. The military must show the same respect towards a cooperating civilian. If the civilian player cooperates, the military player may be banned if he uses deadly force.
2. Armbands




Every player should be able to see which faction you are a member of. Therefore you must wear a armband with the color of your faction.

Cherno Russia: Green
U.S Military: Blue
Southern Rebels: Black
Northern Rebels: Red
3. Equipment
To increase server realism, we suggest faction
players follow our equipment suggestions.
Cherno Russia
Assault Rifles: AK looking weapons
Torso: BDU or CUU Jackets
Legs: BDU or CUU Pants
Helmet: The Blue UN Ballistic Helmet is a complete NO GO for Russians.
It's an American helmet and therefor only accessible for U.S Military.
U.S Military
Assault Rifles: M4 looking weapons
Torso: BDU or CUU Jackets
Legs: BDU or CUU Pants
Helmet: Ski mask with skull is not accessible for U.S Military.
4. Headquarters
Each faction must have a Headquarter (HQ). It is not allowed for anyone to raid a faction's HQ until that particular faction no longer has any outposts and is 100% out of territory.
5. Switch Factions
If you want to change faction then the leader of your current faction must kill you and remove all loot from your corpse. The loot you get while you are part of a faction you will not include in your new faction.
6. Territory
In order for a faction to own an area, they must build a military outpost in the city. The leader of the faction must then appoint a captain of the area. In order for the enemy to claim the area, they must capture the captain of the area.
7. Respect the hierarchy
If you are part of a faction it is a direct requirement that you respect your higher authority's commands. If this is not respected, it must be reported to the leader of your faction, who must then give the disrespectful player 1 warning. If the player receives 3 warnings, the leader is obliged to throw the player out of his faction.
